Hi there,

I am the founder of  Nourished for Life and a UK based Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, (mBANT, mCNHC, mANP, mGNC), specialist in gut health, skin health, female health, weight management & sports nutrition.

 

My mission is to empower others to take charge of their health, by creating a platform to provide tools to allow others to make those all important dietary and lifestyle changes and enjoy optimal health. 

 

"Experience has taught me that every moment filled with doubt, anxiety or pressure can be used as a catalyst to making lifestyle changes, once I started prioritising my mental and physical health I began to see  significant changes".

I have a unique understanding of the impact daily stress can have on the body, causing symptoms that can lead to chronic disease, fortunately mine were caught just in time.  Prevention is better than cure but it's never too late, if you are willing to put in the work you will see results.

 

Starting a wellness journey might seem hard at first and a long road ahead, but every step you take, no matter how small, is one step closer to your goals.

Passionate about Health & Fitness

Working in a corporate environment for many years, I struggled to maintain a healthy work life balance which eventually started to negatively impact my health. 

 

I started feeling fatigued, experiencing brain fog, joint pain, heavy and irregular cycles.  My GP requested some blood tests and I was prescribed some iron tablets and told that everything else was a normal part of ageing. 

 

I wasn't happy with this answer and took a proactive approach to improve my own health and embarked on a health and fitness journey.  I introduced several dietary and lifestyle changes and over time began to see some significant positive changes to my overall physical and mental health. 

 

My body was healing itself, my sleep improved and any gut issues resolved, my energy and fitness levels peaked and  I was in the best shape of my life.

 

During this transformational period I was inspired to train as a personal trainer due to my love of fitness and later I specialised in nutrition after completing a 3 year diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

 

I now use my knowledge and experience to support others with their health challenges, to optimise health, increase energy to be fitter and stronger, reduce chronic symptoms and prevent disease progression.
